Do you export used cars?

Yes. We offer selected used vehicles based on your requirements, fully inspected and prepared for export.

Logistics & Shipping

Which ports do you ship from?

We ship from major Chinese ports such as Shanghai, Tianjin, and Lianyungang, as well as Khorgos. Both sea and land transport are available.

Do you provide shipment tracking?

Yes, we offer full logistics tracking throughout the export process.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the destination. For most countries, it takes 15–45 days. Central Asian and Russian regions may receive deliveries faster.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

You can place an order via our website, WeChat, or by contacting our sales team. Once vehicle models, quantities, and destination are confirmed, a formal contract will be signed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept T/T, L/C, and other international payment methods, based on the terms of cooperation.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is generally required to initiate the procurement process.

After-Sales & Support

Is there after-sales support for exported vehicles?

In some overseas markets, we have service centers and can provide spare parts support. Details may vary by country.

What if the vehicle is damaged during shipping?

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance. In case of damage, we will assist you with the insurance claim process.

Do you accept overseas dealers or agents?

Yes, we welcome global partners to join us in expanding local markets.
